NDS has a broad range of high-quality and durable solutions from drainage solutions to water flow management tools. Although currently digital commerce is not a big business driver for NDS, they recognized the potential for the channel and wanted to strategically align with the opportunity. This meant investing the right level of resources to start setting them up for success. Guidance performed a comprehensive audit of the NDS digital user experience (UX) and user interface (UI). Guidance developed and delivered wireframes for the entire site and initiated development. NDS required several complex customizations with the project including the navigation and custom built product selector. Guidance performed a site redesign and made the site completely responsive.
