There is a little extra swagger around the Guidance office these days. Our company was recently named one of the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles for the sixth time in eight years!
The results are based on two surveys, one sent to the management team and another to Guidance employees. The Best Places to Work award is given to companies who receive high marks for culture, environment, benefits, policies and employee support.
Working at Guidance includes lots of little perks that contribute to a positive overall vibe. We have massage days, employee appreciation celebrations, beer at company meetings, professional development opportunities…the list goes on!
