As owner and CEO of Guidance, Jason Meugniot's philosophy of, "We Are Our Core Values," has successfully delivered Guidance into its 15th year as a market leader in Southern California.

Today, Jason is responsible for defining corporate strategy, leading the Guidance team and serving industry leading clients. Through sustained innovation and a relentless commitment to creating measurable value for clients, Guidance continues its profitability and expansion into new markets as an experienced, cost-effective web technology solution provider.

Over the years, Jason has built new practices and successfully delivered them to market. In 2002, Jason was named one of the "Twenty Leaders to See in 2003" by the independent content management advisory, CMSWatch. He has also been responsible for Guidance's strategic relationship with Microsoft. Currently, he is often found evangelizing the business value of multi channel retail and ecommerce.

Prior to Guidance, Jason pioneered web application development solutions at the industry leading consulting firm Cambridge Technology Partners, a Novell company. Strong technical depth and a knack for client service led to Jason's success in identifying and solving business scenarios for Fortune 500 companies.

Jason has also worked with industry leading companies such as Chase Manhattan Bank and O'Melveny & Myers, LLP.

His current and former client relationships include, Foot Locker, Hyundai, Toyota, Motorola, Amgen, and literally hundreds of others.

A native Southern Californian, Jason holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He and his family make their home in Hermosa Beach, CA.

As owner & CTO, Jon oversees the strategic technical direction of Guidance, and has a hand in setting and achieving the Guidance vision for the future. Key initiatives include enhancing and expanding the firm's Web 2.0 expertise, managed services and business intelligence offerings, while continuing to build on Guidance's position as a leader in e-Commerce. Jon has been with Guidance since 1999, creating Web technology solutions for a range of companies - including Relax the Back, The Getty, Foot Locker, Universal Television and Networks and Weider Publications.

Jon also oversees Guidance Green, a company-wide initiative to operate as an environmentally aware carbon-neutral company. He helped Guidance achieve carbon neutrality in August 2007 - a full 18 months ahead of the company's goal - and is overseeing the implementation of a host of actions within Guidance that will help create a sustainable environment. Prior to Guidance, Jon was a managing principal consultant for Oracle Corporation. While there, he managed the implementation of Oracle's suite of multi-organizational manufacturing applications for Havas Interactive. He also was responsible for the design, implementation and testing of multiple manufacturing modules for the HID Corporation, including those affecting inventory, bills of material, work in progress, engineering, cost management and material planning.

Jon earned a bachelor's degree in social sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and a master of science in design, analysis, and management of information systems from the London School of Economics.

As Executive Vice President of Guidance, Anna is responsible for all aspects of Guidance’s business development, including marketing, sales and strategic alliances. She is committed to customer relationship management and the development of long-term value for Guidance’s customer base.

Anna formerly served as Regional Vice President for the West for divine, Inc. and led a team of over 100 strategy, technology and creative consultants who delivered professional services to clients in the western region. Her clients included Mazda, Toyota, ditech.com, Allergan, Amgen, Toshiba, Wonderware and Fluor Corporation.

Prior to divine, Inc., Anna was a Managing Partner at USWeb, a leading professional services in Orange and San Diego counties. She built the business from scratch to $11 million per year in five years, while maintaining a nimble response to market needs.

Anna has lived in the US since 1994. Originally from the UK, she holds a degree in Mathematics and Computing and a Post Graduate Certificate of Education. She is an expert in adult education and learning technologies and has published in a number of international academic journals as well as a training book in Business Administration. She and her family live in Irvine, CA.

As Vice President of Technology, Jon Larsen is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the company's projects, while ensuring Guidance employees work in a highly productive, technical environment. Jon works with clients to design and implement the technical infrastructure required for their projects, such as bringing Web 2.0 technology to their websites. For over six years, his work has been fundamental in the development of solutions for clients such as Foot Locker.

Prior to joining Guidance, Jon was Director of Technology and Infrastructure for eMachines, Inc./Free-PC (an Idealab company acquired by eMachines, Inc.) where he was responsible for the company's Internet Advertising projects used to generate post sales revenue for the PC company.

With over 30 years of experience in the computer industry, Jon is outstandingly knowledgeable, having worked in various roles at Cambridge Technology Partners, The Walt Disney Company, The City of Beverly Hills, among others.

Jon has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pacific Union College in Napa Valley, CA. He currently resides in Van Nuys, CA with his wife and two children.

As Managing Director of Client Management, Govind Kudva is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of the company's development projects. Govind works internally with Project and Client Managers to ensure the team clearly understands the client's organization, their expectations and their project requirements, and makes sure the Guidance team acts like an extension of the client's IT team.

Govind directly oversees the relationship between some of the company's top clients including, The Getty and Caltech. He also works closely with the Business Development team in the execution of several of the team's initiatives.

Govind has been in the technology consulting arena for over 12 years. Prior to joining Guidance, he worked at Capital Group in the Global Investment Group (GIG), and at Intraspect (now acquired by Vignette) as the Account Manager for KPMG UK in London. He was also a Senior Technology Analyst at IBM Global Services for several years.

Govind has a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University. He and his family live in Redondo Beach, CA.

As Project Management Officer, Sam Gambarin is responsible for ensuring the team's adherence to the company's project management methodology. Sam also performs day-to-day project management duties and coordinates enhancement and maintenance activities for a number of client sites. In addition to his project management responsibilities, Sam is involved in business development activities, including proposal writing, resource allocation assessment and cost appraisal of new projects.

Sam joined the Guidance team as a Software Engineer in 2005. The company's management team quickly recognized Sam's outstanding work and management skills by promoting him to a Project Management role, which he also excelled at and grew into the role he currently fills. With over 10 years of experience in the IT field, Sam has acquired a solid background in web applications and Internet technologies. He has worked in the aerospace, telecommunication, medical, and insurance industries for a variety of clients including NASA, Travelocity, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Sega.com, and AT&T, among others.

Sam has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Business and Information Systems, both from San Francisco State University. Sam is also a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) and is a member of the Project Management Institute. He and his family currently reside in Sherman Oaks, CA.

As Managing Director of Solution Delivery, Ahmed Zia oversees the delivery of the company's e-Commerce, Enterprise Application Integration, and Web 2.0 solutions. Ahmed is responsible for creating technical processes and practices, implementing industry-proven methodologies, and evaluating and recommending new solutions, thus ensuring service quality while broadening the company's service offering.

Ahmed joined the Guidance team in 2006 and has since been fundamental to the company's outstanding achievements in project delivery for accounts like Foot Locker, Caltech, The Salvation Army, Gearys Beverly Hills, Bentley Prince Street, and A.C. Moore. He has recently started the Guidance Research Group and is also an active member of the Guidance Green Committee, the Guidance Project Management Group, and the Guidance Development Group.

With over 12 years of experience in e-Commerce, web technology and software solutions, Ahmed has successfully worked with clients like Intel Corporation, IndyMac Bank, Alliance One International, and other companies within the mortgage, financial, healthcare and manufacturing industries.

Ahmed earned a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the American National University. He is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer and Microsoft Certified Application Developer in .NET. He also speaks Urdu and Punjabi, and currently lives in Torrance, CA.

As Director of Creative Services, Brett Franklin oversees the creative visual component of the company's work, and is responsible for successfully implementing the entire frontend process. In addition, Brett manages the information architecture processes and requirements for all of the company's projects. He is also responsible for conducting business analyses and developing wireframes and sitemaps.

Brett has been a member of the Guidance team for over six years. His outstanding creative skills have been essential to the company's success as an e-Commerce developer. Brett has extensive creative agency background, having worked for companies like TBWA\Chiat\Day and Grey Advertising as Management Supervisor and Producer, respectively. During his agency days, Brett worked with clients such as Nissan Motors, Online.com and Adidas. He also has over 13 years of experience in the Internet industry.

Brett holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California at San Diego. He also studied International Law at Japan's Kokusai Kirisutokyo Daigaku. An avid world traveler, Brett is fluent in Japanese, Spanish and Portuguese. He currently lives in Los Angeles, CA.

As Senior Database Architect at Guidance, David Withrington is responsible for creating and supporting the physical database architecture, backup and recovery solutions, as well as the replication and standby database fail-over solutions for production systems.

David has more than nine years of experience as a database architect and administrator. He has been involved in implementing, supporting, and developing database solutions in Microsoft SQL-server 6.5-2005, Oracle 8i-10g and Sybase 11-12. His database solutions have been deployed by clients like Foot Locker, Disney, Hyundai, NFLShop.com, Nature's Way, Amgen, Weider Interactive Network, The Right Start, Enterprise Rental Car and Relax The Back.

With extensive experience in all facets of the database project life cycle -including entity relationship modeling using ERWIN for logical and physical design-, David has developed and implemented complex business systems using Transact-SQL, PL-SQL and SQL.

David has a Bachelor's degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He also has taken many Kimball University, Microsoft, Oracle and Sybase courses to enhance his skill set in computer science. David is certified by Microsoft and Oracle as a Database Administrator.

As Director of Professional Development, Muliadi Jeo is responsible for the professional education and training of the company's Developer Community. Muliadi works closely with Guidance CTO, Jon Provisor, to determine the strategic training needs required to achieve the company's goals. On the technical side, he is a valued advisor for the development of Rich Internet Applications (RIA) and Web 2.0 technologies.

Muliadi also serves as the Project Manager and Technical Lead for several of the company's clients, including Relax The Back, Skwibble.com. Specialized.net, DiamondJourney.com, Foot Locker and The Getty. He also supports the Business Development team and their initiatives.

Prior to working at Guidance, Muliadi owned and managed an online retail store dedicated to mobile computing solutions from several domestic and international vendors such as Ingram Micro, Tech Data, IBM, Sony and Panasonic, to name a few. He also worked as a Senior Consultant for Advanta Solutions Inc., where he designed and managed several web application projects for clients like Biolife Plasma, Kaiser Permanente, and the California Appellate Project, among others.

Muliadi earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management of Information Systems from California State University at Fullerton. He and his family make their home in Westwood, CA.
